GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Website and Fare Validity:
The High Country Scenic Tours website was updated 1st November 2006 and supersedes all previously published.
Prices are in Australian dollars (incl G.S.T.) and are valid to 1st June 2007.
We specifically reserve the right to immediately pass on any new government charges, and levies, not gazetted at time of printing and change tour prices without notice.

Reservations and Cancellations:
High Country Scenic Tours accept all major credit cards for direct telephone bookings.
Cancellations:
Upon making a booking with High Country Scenic Tours Pty Ltd. Guests are required to leave a deposit of $100.00 per person to secure the tour date. In the event that you have to cancel your booking the following conditions apply.
Cancellations 8 - 30 days prior to tour date:
Bookings cancelled with in this period are moved to an open reservation section. Your deposit will be held for three months for you to use on a future tour with High Country Scenic Tours. After this time the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations 7 days - 24 hrs prior to tour date:
Bookings cancelled within this time frame will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the original booking fee.
Cancellations 24 hr prior to tour date:
50% of the deposit fee is applicable if notice is not received by 3pm on the day prior to travel.
Cancellations on the departure date.
100% of the deposit fee is applicable if booking is cancelled on the day of departure.
Tour Times and Itineraries
Tours operate from November to May, and depart Mansfield Visitors Information Centre. Complimentary pick up and set down is offered from your accommodation (within the Mansfield Township and along the Mt Buller – Mansfield Road).
Approximate times will be confirmed upon reservation (up to 10 minutes variation due to traffic and other contingencies may occur).
Vegetarian and other special dietary needs are catered for.

HIGH COUNTRY SCENIC TOURS Pty Ltd reserve the right to substitute staff and vehicles, alter or cancel any parts of the itinerary due to weather and track conditions or other conditions of a safety or operational nature.
Minimum numbers 4 passengers are a condition of tours departing
Children:
Children must at be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Child rate applies to 2 – 16 years inclusive are half price for all tours.
Children under the age of 2 are carried free when not occupying a seat, unless otherwise indicated.

Family fares:
Available on designated tours only and are valid for 2 adults and 2 children (2-16 years inclusive) from the same family.

Liability:
HIGH COUNTRY SCENIC TOURS shall not be responsible or liable for death and/or injury to any person or for loss of /or damage to any property due to personal negligence.
